Shipping Policy:
We ship all packages through UPS, FEDEX and USPS as we choose . All shipments are subject to size, weight, package dimensions and content restrictions imposed by each carrier. If we cannot ship your package to your address due to unavailable shipping option, we will contact you of such. Some shipments may be subject to additional shipping fees. If your Shipment falls in that category , we will contact you before we ship your package to notify you of the additional shipping fees .
WE DO NOT SHIP TO APO/FPO addresses and PO boxes.
All shipments shipped through UPS and FEDEX are front Door Deliveries and require a signature of an adult, if you instruct us to leave the shipment without a signature, you are responsible for missing, stolen , damaged or misplaced packages, our responsibility ends once we hand your shipment to the shipping company.
zaaptv.unitedglobalnet.com and United Globalnet Corporation will not be responsible for shipping costs on packages not delivered due to a shipping carrier inability to deliver to a particular location due to circumstances such as: narrow or winding roads, dirt or gravel roads, and vacant establishments.
If a package is shipped and returned because it is not deliverable due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for shipping charges both ways and the package will be considered a return item.
Delivery Times:
As much as we like to know exact delivery times, we are unable to give you a delivery date on your package , the delivery times provided at checkout are only estimates provided by the shipping company and are not guaranteed delivery times, however every order we ship will have a tracking # provided by the shipping company for you to track your shipment.
All orders placed will ship the 2nd day except on holidays and weekends.

Returns Policy:
If for any reason you like to return the product to us after you have received it as long as it is still in original shape and in original packaging, all the packaging, we will accept the return within 7 business days after which you have received the product. You must contact us to get a return authorization number before you can return the product to us, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER .If you return the product to us within the time period allowed for returns and was received by us and does in fact meet our return policy conditions we will issue a credit back to your payment method used at the time of purchase less 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges are never refundable. In the case that you received Free Shipping or Discounted Shipping on your order and wish to return the product to us,the original shipping charges will become applicale and will be deducted from the your order total .No other Returns will be accepted. The Set Top Boxes that we sell come with a one year manufacturer hardware warranty, if during the first year you encounter any problems with the box , you can contact our support department first to try to diagnose the problem and try to resolve the issue and if that was not possible, you can send it to us for repair or replacement, ONLY $15 handling charge will apply.
